About the Owners
As a professional coach, Kristi felt strongly about expanding the concept of wellness to include the heart, spirit and soul. The idea for Blue Door Wellness was born! In addition to leading classes and groups on everything from creativity to wholeheartedness, Kristi is currently working on her doctorate in Human Development and has research interest in the topics of care, connection and empathy.
