Edmonds Summer Market
A summer tradition, our market features many local, small family farms as well as local artisans sharing their personally created crafts and original art. Saturdays, through October 8th, 9am to 2pm, 5th Ave N & Bell St.
Edmonds Arts Festival
The Edmonds Arts Festival attracts artists from across the nation and Canada, providing a unique opportunity for patrons to meet artists and purchase their work in a beautiful outdoor setting overlooking Puget Sound. The Festival offers free live entertainment, a juried gallery art exhibition and sale, a nationally-recognized juried student art exhibit, and a hands-on children’s art activity area. The Festival runs Friday, June 17th – Saturday, June 18th 10am to 7pm and Sunday, June 19th, 10am to 5pm at Frances Anderson Playfields at 700 Main St in Edmonds.
Sea Notes at the Marina
The Port of Edmonds marina presents various free musical performances throughout the summer. Come on down and enjoy some waterfront tunes! Performances will be at Mary Lou Block Public Plaza – 465 Admiral Way. Full schedule is available here.
Edmonds Summer Wine Walks
Who doesn’t love an evening sampling delicious local wines in Downtown Edmonds? Art Walk Edmonds is excited to announce the Summer Wine Walk is back on Saturday, June 25th (sold out) and Saturday, August 6th from 5pm to 8pm. Purchase tickets and see all the participating Sip Stops here.
2022 Summer Concert Series
The free summer concert series runs late June through August at City Park and Hazel Miller Plaza in downtown Edmonds. City Park performances are on Sundays, June 26 – August 21, 3pm – 4pm. Hazel Miller Plaza performances are Tuesdays & Thursdays, July 12 – August 25, 4:30 – 6pm. For more information, visit the City of Edmonds website.
An Edmonds Kind of 4th
The 4th of July in Edmonds is a beloved tradition in our town, with the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce offering many great community activities! Start your day with the Baby Brackett 1k at 7:50 and the Beat Brackett 5k at 8am (there’s also a virtual option available). Continue the fun with the Children’s Parade starting at 11:30am at the corner of 5th and Walnut, and the Main Parade at noon.
This year there will be no fireworks over Edmonds, but the chamber will be sponsoring and supporting the City of Mountlake Terrace’s 3rd of July fireworks show held over Lake Ballinger. Visit the Edmonds Chamber of Commerce website for more details!
Find Waldo in Edmonds
Pick up your passport at Edmonds Bookshop and search for Waldo around Edmonds! He is hiding at local businesses around town, and you have from July 5th to July 25th to find him. After you collect at least 25 of the possible store stamps/signatures, bring your passport to Edmonds Bookshop to be entered in a drawing for a grand prize.
Outdoor Movie Nights
FREE Outdoor Movie Nights are back, with four different movies and locations this summer! The Edmonds Parks, Recreation & Cultural Services and sponsors Reece Homes and Right at School present “Encanto” on July 15th at Frances Anderson Center, “The Mighty Ducks” on July 22nd at Seaview Park, “Luca” on July 29th at Hickman Park and “Night at the Museum” on August 5th at City Park. Edmonds in Bloom Garden Tour
Since 1997, Edmonds in Bloom has sponsored the Edmonds Garden Tour, a yearly event celebrating inspiring private gardens in our community. You can tour a collection of eight unique private gardens on Sunday, July 17th from 11am to 4pm. Tickets will be available Garden Gear & Gallery, Bountiful Home & Nursery and FIELD by Morgan & Moss.
Family Scavenger Hunt
Explore Edmonds, learn the history of our historic town and enter to win a custom Lovin’ Summer logo tee! Ed! has partnered with the Edmonds Historical Museum on this family scavenger hunt through town. Pick up a scavenger hunt form at Walnut Street Coffee (410 Walnut Street) or Edmonds Bookshop, or print your own copy when they’re available. Drop off your completed form at either the mail slot of the Edmonds Historical Museum (118 5th Ave N) or at the info booth at the Market on Saturdays. Winners will be drawn each week Saturday, August 5th – Friday, September 7th and notified by email.
Taste Edmonds
The Edmonds Chamber of Commerce puts on this all ages celebration featuring live music & entertainment, beer/wine/cider, kids activities, vendors, food trucks, cornhole tournament and more! The event runs Friday, August 19th and Saturday, August 20th noon to 9pm and Sunday, August 21st noon to 8pm. Keep up to date on the Taste Edmonds Facebook page.
21st Edmonds Classic: Car & Motorcycle Show
