Without addressing them they can show up as depression, anxiety, issues in relationships, physical symptoms, isolation, and in many other ways. Therapy is a place to explore what is happening for you, including the current and past factors that may be contributing. By truly understanding where we are and how we got here, we will have a greater capacity to make decisions on what is next.
