About the Owners
Hoa Tran is carrying on the legacy of Brooke and Randy Baker (owners of Chanterelle for 21 years). He has been in the restaurant industry for over 36 years, working his way up from dishwasher to the owner of 4 successful restaurants. He has been supported by his wife of 31 years, Kelly, as well as his 3 beautiful daughters, Tiffany, Kimberly and Stephanie. Along with the delectable food, longtime staff members keep customers coming back. Many of the kitchen staff as well as wait staff have been making customers smile for decades. Head Chef, Hector Morales, has been at Chanterelle for over 20 years and General Manager, Diana Scheel, has been with the restaurant for over 16.
